Analog Design EngineerChange the world. Love your job.Texas Instruments is seeking an Analog Design Engineer to join our Analog Power Products organization in Dallas. In this role, you will design innovative analog integrated circuits that power the next generation of consumer, industrial, and automotive applications.As an Analog Design Engineer, you will apply your circuit design expertise to create state-of-the-art power management ICs. You will work across the full design cycle - from architecture and schematic capture through simulation, layout review, silicon bring-up, and product release.Responsibilities include: Design and simulate analog and mixed-signal circuits including power converters, voltage regulators, references, and protection circuitsPartner with systems and marketing teams to develop design specifications that meet customer needs and competitive performance targetsLead design reviews and produce thorough design and product documentationDirect IC layout to ensure performance, reliability, and manufacturabilityCharacterize silicon prototypes and develop test specifications in coordination with test and product engineering teamsDevelop behavioral models for circuit simulation and system-level analysisDrive silicon debug and failure analysis to resolve issues and improve product robustnessWhy TI?Engineer your future. However, if TI determines that information access or export control restrictions based upon applicable laws and regulations would prohibit you from working in this position without first obtaining an export license, TI expressly reserves the right not to seek such a license for you and either offer you a different position that does not require an export license or decline to move forward with your employment.Qualifications Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field1+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC designPreferred qualifications: Solid analog circuit design fundamentals including knowledge of amplifiers, current mirrors, voltage references, comparators, and power stage topologiesExperience with analog simulation tools (Cadence Spectre, HSPICE, or equivalent)Familiarity with standard CMOS, BiCMOS, or BCD process technologies used for power management ICsExperience with IC layout supervision including knowledge of matching, shielding, and parasitic managementKnowledge of power management topologies (buck, boost, flyback, LDO, charge pump)Scripting skills for simulation automation (PERL, Python, or SKILL)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a disciplined approach to design verificationAbility to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externallyAbility to work collaboratively across design, systems, test, and product engineering teamsFull timePosting Date: 2026-06-29
