• This is NOT a food-service position.* Drivers are delivering grocery products to distribution centers.

• Possible additional nights at home during the week, depending on your route
• Typically out *23 nights at a time*
• Consistent, predictable schedule
• Must live within *100 miles of Springfield, Ohio*
• Competitive Compensation*

• Average 2025 annual wages: *$112,000*
• *$5,000 sign-on bonus*
• *$0.73 CPM base rate*
• Hub miles paid

• Valid *Class A CDL*
• *Minimum 18 months of OTR driving experience*
• Reefer experience preferred
• Must live within *100 miles of Springfield, OH*
• Ability to safely operate and maintain commercial motor vehicle equipment
• Ability to understand and follow company procedures and safety requirements

• Follow all company, state, and federal safety regulations
• Maintain accurate daily and weekly logs and reports
• Complete all documentation required by state and federal agencies
• Follow company policies and operating procedures
• Properly handle and deliver grocery freight to customer distribution centers
• Interpret and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Maintain a professional attitude while representing the carrier and its customers
